THE COLOSSEUM
For the month of love i will cover the famous gladiator arena, The Colosseum. It has to be my favourite structure in the world. Its situated in the centre of the city of Rome, Italy, the largest ever built in the Roman Empire, built of concrete and stone. It is considered one of the greatest works of Roman architecture and Roman engineering. Today it is one the most popular tourist attractions.
